It seems to be in the news everyday that cases of Corona Virus are on the rise again, and particularly in our area, Craven. Now that music lessons are running to a nearly-normal schedule, with many established and new students coming to my studio for face-to-face lessons, we need to do everything we can to help stop the spread of the virus, keep our families safe and keep businesses open across Skipton. We can do our bit by following a few simple rules:
- If you are ill or living with someone else who is ill, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND your lesson.
- Make sure not to arrive early for lessons – this is to avoid crossover with other students and parents.
- Help yourself to the hand sanitizer on my doorstep as you arrive.
- Put on a mask (exceptions apply).
- If you have the NHS Covid19 App, share track and trace information by scanning the QR code that’s displayed on my doors.
- Remember that your lesson will finish 5 minutes early so that I can clean door handles / seats / piano before the next student arrives.
Taking a few moments to observe these rules, we can contribute to the halting of Covid19, instead of contributing to its spread.
